As client issues are reported to the us by phone or email, issues are assigned to the appropriate technician. Remote access software is installed on all of the client servers and end-user (your employees) computers. The technician can simply connect remotely to the server or end-user's computer to fix the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, a technician can be sent out to fix it on-site.
